Group - Plus, maybe someone in the Sterling Historical Society would want to join the BRHS once they found out about us! As for Rupert, he has been of invaluable assistance to me on a number of research issues. And, let us not forget, Rupert came all the from New Zealand to attend an Annual Meet. Rupert is one of the most helpful, prolific, and diligent researchers in the BRHS.

Some people ask questions or make requests here for information without even doing a superficial internet search.  This was not that sort of situation. 

It may be that the Historical Society has the original of the print, screened or not, at a larger size or better resolution.  If one of the list members lives in Northern Illinois and could make a phone call to make an inquiry I don’t think that would be a terrible imposition on anybody….they might even know a HS member or want to make a contact with them.
