I am trying to find out who [perhaps the CB&Q] named the whistle location 'VOCATION' at Road 19 on the Frannie to Cody CB&Q spur. It was named prior to 1942 when the Heart Mountain Relocation Center was built in June 1942. 'Vocation Station' was built by the CB&Q to meet the needs of the 10,000+ Japanese at Heart Mountain.
