[CBQ] Waycar CBQ 13818

Just as an update for all who attended this years BRHS Spring Meet at Lyon Farm 
in Yorkville,IL. I drove past today and enjoy reporting that 100 year old CBQ 
waycar 13818 is  receiving a total residing. I like to think that funds donated 
by our members at the Spring Meet and our rental fees for the event are paying 
for a portion of the work.

The Farm is open only on Saturdays unless an event is ongoing. I'll try and 
find time over the next few Saturdays to stop in and get pictures that will 
then be posted to the BRHS website.
