It is along the north fence line at Mid-America Car in Granite City. Car 500 from the 9900 set is there as well. They are serious about trespassing there, so I wouldn't go near the gate. There is a road bridge at the west end of the facility and you can see/shoot it from there with a telephoto lens, but you'll have to dodge some utility lines. I just heard that there may be a party interested in purchasing it and moving it to make a static display. The individual realizes that a full restoration is not cost effective and not in the cards. That's all I can say right now.
