Yes, the CB&Q/C&S provided cars to the GW Sugar plants for shipping the outbound refined sugar. Boxcars for bagged sugar until the mid-1950s, primarily covered hoppers thereafter.

Subject: [CBQ] Great Western Sugar outbound loads.
Hello,
Did the CBQ provide cars to the Great Western Sugar in Northern Colorado for out bound refined sugar? I know Great Western Railroad serviced the locations but I doubt they could supply all the cars. By 1950 had they begun shipping bulk sugar by covered hopper
or was it still box car.
