Rick - Seems that I do have some additional information about the No. 360 that you and our Group ought to find interesting. Note attachment.

Rick - WONDERFUL image!  Thanks so much for sharing.  I can't add anything more than the information you already have provided, but I have attached another image of No, 360.  It was taken at Galesburg, IL, and is undated, but I'd speculate it was just after the 4-4-0 had been converted to an inspection locomotive. It's pulling a wood business car, number unknown. Much appreciate you sharing the images with us that your father had collected. Best Regards - Louis
