All aboard for Downers Grove !
See previous email notice below.
The Downers Grove park district advised today that the registration for the
presentation is at 65% of seats for a current audience of 52. If you've been
thinking about attending here's the last call before the train leaves.
Given the tremendous response to my requests for missing pieces of info. I
won't have time to thank each individual contributor during the presentation. I
now know how our editor,Dave feels when he has to leave good stuff on the
cutting room floor !
I want to thank several BRHS members from 6 different states for supplying
drawings, photos and other info to make for a very full presentation. Thank you
Louis Zadnichek, Bill Barber,Bob Campbell, Glen Haug, Jim Singer(BRHS
Archive),Steve Holding and hopefully I didn't forget anyone.
If you're interested in the Q history in Downers Grove you'll want to be at
this presentation.
