I found two photos of the water tank as well from 1965. This is during the April 1965 flood:

I believe there was a thread sometime back on whether the aerial photo could be 1965 because there is clearly a CB&Q steam locomotive near the roundhouse and a MILW steam locomotive in the MILW yard. According to the Flickr photo site, both railroads brought in steam locomotives to move cars in the high water. Can anyone remember or confirm this taking place during the April 1965 Savanna flood?
