XAP classes were changed to XML in about 1966,
XAP-1 to XML-7, XAP-2 to XML-6/A/B/C, XAP-3 to XML-10.
I haven’t researched it but, looking at the codes in ORER’s, I think that the AAR changed the designations some time after August 1966. Perhaps these cars were no longer specifically for autoparts but for general freight.

I don't have the class information on 15106-15107. Cars 15100-15102 and 15103-15105 also built by Thrall were Class XML-6B.
Bill, Rupert, and Group:
I may have put something down wrong, but I have
15100-15102 8-door 86' autoparts cars as XAP-1 Built 01-65,
15000-15021 4-door 86' autoparts cars built 1964-65 as XAP-2 class.
15103-15105 8-door 86' autoparts cars as XAP-1 Built 09-66 as XML-6B.
I don't doubt that 15106-15107 were also XML-6B, but what about
15100-15102? XML-6B or XAP-1?
