Bryan-

CYRUS NORTHROP  was a Heavyweight Sleeper, 8-1-2 Plan 3979a with ice a/c.

It was lettered for the BLACKHAWK  (with PULLMAN in smaller subletters on each end of the letterboard) although a little more delicately than the version you have….which might be Bev-Bel rather than Branchline…I was out of HO when it came out so that detail has long been out of my memory.

The Athearn car it is on was supposed to be a 12-1 but since it is shortened to include only eight sections it lacks only two aisle windows to be a good stand-in for the prototype.
