Tom,
You are looking for Chicago and Aurora Division ETTs. For The time period your researching they are relatively plentiful and reasonably priced. What you need to be aware of is there were far more trains than what the ETTs show.
On the passenger side during the summer there would routinely be second sections of the Northerns and extras and specials.
On the freight there would be extras in both directions. Also pay special attention to the footnotes and last page as these give insights into some of the unlisted runs.
If you're looking to purchase would suggest watching eBay and if you're in the Chicago area the railroadiana shows often have TT dealers. There's usually one at the June St Charles show.

Hello Group,
I am doing some research for some friends and need to pin down some specific information for more in depth research.
I am looking to find some ETT's to garner the information that I need (all scheduled freight and passenger trains for Savanna & Aurora in the early 60's) for operations on there Q layout. I need to find out what ETT's I will need for the 1960-1965 time frame, which means I need to find out what divisions those locations were in during that time frame, which in turn, will tell me what ETT's to look for.
After finding out what ETT's are needed, than to find somebody that has a copy/copies that I can borrow/buy to get the needed information.
