Thread-topic: Question about HT-2 Open Hopper 190854

This hopper was retrofitted with aluminum side sheets according to the BRHS Freight Car Data Sheet on the 55 ton twin hoppers.


My question is concerning the color of the 'hat section' outside posts, underbodies, and end posts.  I can't tell from the photo whether they are mineral red or black.  The data sheet indicates that the car was lettered in black, so it is conceivable that the painted portion of the car was also re-done in black, but I would like to be sure.
