Just to be clear, the E5s were not shovel nose locomotives.  E5s and shovel noses were two different body styles.

Subject: [CBQ] CBQ E units

Forgive me if this topic has been addressed before.

I am trying to figure out what models I actually own, not what they are labelled by the manufacturer.

Is the following information correct?

Burlington Route Types of E units

E5 shovel nose

chicken wire vents

small number boards

CBQ 9909 - 9915AB

C&S 9950AB - 9955

FW&D   9980AB - 9982AB
