I got to wondering about the frequent use of the Vista Dome Coffee Shop Dormitory Coaches built for the "Kansas City Zephyr"/"American Royal Zephyr", cars Silver Garden and Silver Patio, during peak runs of the Vista Dome "Denver Zephyr." Photos and consist show either the "Silver Patio" or "Silver Garden" on the "Denver Zephyr" to help accommodate riders and provide additional food and beverage service, for summer or holidays when necessary. So the question is, when this occurred, would the Burlington use a "DZ Chuck Wagon" menu for a Buffet Dome car, even though it was not a "Chuck Wagon" car, albeit similar, or did the CB&Q use a traditional menu that was used in one of the Vista Dome Buffets similar to what assignment those cars might have been on previously?
