mid to late 60s Q handled trade in units from ssw and mkt to congress park ihb. their blueisland job one nite left 2 el pa in the yard. they disappeared the next day. many a wrecked drgw units were interchanged also going to emd for rebuild.

In my continuous quest to document photos of foreign power on the Q in the late 60's, I ran across this photo today:

It show SSW (Cotton Belt) F7A 969 trailing CB&Q GP20 927 and CB&Q GP35 982 on a train heading west at Eola, IL. Is there any way of knowing what train this might be? Headed to Galesburg or Savanna?

Any other info on SSW 969 would be appreciated as well - was it on a short-term lease to the CB&Q in 1966?
