[CBQ] Rochelle track diagrams

We have a couple speakers for the fall Meet doing presentations on different 
aspects of the railroad and Rochelle over the many decades.

They are looking for track diagrams from prior to mid 50s as we have late 50s 
and early 60s and BNs. Need earlier ones. Thinking maybe one from 20s,30s and 
40s would be nice.
