Yes, it's definitely the Lincoln ice house and reefer icing platform.  And you can see the old ramp-type locomotive coal chute in the left distance. over near the roundhouse.

I would say Lincoln because in the previous image you can see the Nebraska state capital building in the background (looking east). If you advance a few pictures, you can see the bridge which if I remember right spanned most of the west end of the yard.
