To the membership of the BRHS, It is with great sadness to report to you the passing of Lake States Railway Historical Association President Dick Goddard, who passed away on June 13, 2017 in Reedsburg, WI. after a brief illness. Dick was instrumental in assisting the BRHS in the establishment of our Archives in Baraboo, WI., as well as a founder in the creation of the Lake States Railway Historical Association. He was also one of those responsible for the construction of the state of the art facility in which Lake States and the Archives reside. One would have to look far and wide to find a better gentleman and friend. Our condolences go out to the Board of Directors of Lake States and its' membership.
