I have the book. Here is my take on it:


The quality of the photos is excellent. Lots of detail that is not too often seen in photos. I like the fact that many of the photos are of groups of passengers and workers in and around Q equipment or stations from the 1930's and 1940's, giving an insight as to what life was like back then around the Q. As an example, there is a photo of taken inside a MOW kitchen car with some 20 plus gang crew eating lunch. Other examples of passengers waiting at different Q stations as the train is approaching. 


There is, of course, a lot of photos of Q equipment as well.


For me, I was worth the $26 I paid for it (NEW) at McMillian Publications.
