There are no numbers, they're part of an auction by Stout Auctions.  Just search "cb&q O scale brass" that O-4 and O-3 are towards the bottom of the page.

While doing an ebay search of CB&Q brass some unidentified O-scale steam locomotives surfaced.  The O-4 looks like it may be one of his but the O-3 is a dead ringer for the one on page 16 of BB 36.  Any ideas?
