was posted recently on the Historical Pictures of Burlington Iowa Facebook group
by Derek Reverend. He recently acquired it from the Ronald Bliesener
collection. Ronald was a news photographer for the Burlington Hawk
Eye. Let's try to determine when, where and what exactly happened
here.
