That photo of SW1 #9151 was taken by J. David Ingles and appears in the Spring 2011 issue of Classic Trains.  It's CB&Q mixed train 77 which ran from Fort Madison to Bloomfield, IA, shown crossing Sugar Creek between Viele and Donnellson.  The date would have been January 23, 1967.

The line is long gone, but the Donnellson depot has been preserved:

I do not remember any passenger cars. The tracks went past my high
school in Kahoka and I remember a once a week or less mixed freight. I
was there 1960 to 1961. My grade school was in Ashton but too far from
the tracks to see or hear anything.
