1968-69 era 13945 was assigned to  rw(dick)moss on the congo. using the xovers at naperville was an east end wayfrt move. he may have been working that job at that time. unable to identify the person in the cupola. eyes ain’t what the used to be. dave weber

I posted a photo of Waycar 13945 on Flickr and was attempting to identify the gentleman in the cupola.  The photo was shot in the era when waycars were assigned to specific Conductors. I thought perhaps if anyone had access to those assignment records, it might be possible to connect the Conductor to Waycar 13945.  Any help appreciated, thanks.
