If I am correct, wasn't there a discussion at one time on this list that identified who the engineer was in the cab of GP30 949 when the publicity photo was taken that was used on the cover of the 1962 CB&Q Annual Report and Diesels West?  I tried seaching the conversations, but came up empty.

 

If not, does anyone here know who that was?
