Thanks to both of you who responded. As soon as I saw the cupola Windows I suspected that she was an NE13 but thought one of these couldn't still be around.

I'm going to do some local digging to find out who owns her for sure.

BN W/C 10138 rests on the former elevator track at Yorkville. Can someone with a remembering book advise what the pre merger road and number of this Waycar was ?

Also as FYI,I'm under the impression this car is owned by the town as was to be used in the park that has been completed but in the end was not utilized.
