[CBQ] BN W/C 10138 ?

BN W/C 10138 rests on the former elevator track at Yorkville. Can someone with 
a remembering book advise what the pre merger road and number of this Waycar 
was ?

Also as FYI,I'm under the impression this car is owned by the town as was to be 
used in the park that has been completed but in the end was not utilized.
