Ken,

I took the liberty of doing a little image manipulation on the 
resource you helpfully provided.  The views don't match up perfectly, 
and I mirrored the half-front-view from pg 815 but didn't bother 
removing the mirrored text.  I did scale and shear the half-view a 
little and scaled it to the side view matching the top and bottom of 
the main body.

I don't have a dog in this hunt, not needing a cuckoo headlight 
myself, but I'd rather use a primary source rather than any secondary 
source, which were by default redrawn from primary sources 
themselves...
