Does anyone remember the CB&Q Passenger Trains 29 & 30 (I think)( Denver to Billings through Wyoming) having a yearly excursion special to take kids to Denver to see different things. The one I went on was to Garden of the Gods, Red Rocks, & a couple of other things. They just added passenger cars onto the regular train for the kids to get on. I lived in Glendo so our car had Douglas, Glenrock & Glendo on it. Does anyone have any pics or newspaper articles to share with this group on this item?? __._,_.___ Posted by: brownelldan@yahoo.com __,_._,___ |
