[CBQ] Athearn CB&Q PS-2 Lettering Issue

Avid CB&Q collectors Tom Wencl and Mike Moore report the just released Athearn 
PS-2 covered hopper for CB&Q is lettered on both sides with "Everywhere West" 
in lieu of the lettering on the side nearest the brake wheel having the correct 
"Way of the Zephyrs" lettering. 

Somehow Walthers managed to get this correct on their Q version of this car.

QA/QC by Athearn apparently was not provided.
