The best approach to a manufacture is to have all the data, ie drawings, photos, details, paint info, dates used, etc. already on hand and ready to pass on to the manufacture. You also need to be ready to argue the numbers, ie how many may sell. I don’t know how receptive BLI would be as I have never talked with their people.

 

Charlie Vlk might be able to offer more insights. He is floating around at the Naperville RPM at the movement.
