I’ve started sorting the data, as attached. I’ll put our a call for
other year to get a fuller picture of when stations were inaugurated and names changed.
Was a distance given on the 1883 timetable for Hawthorn/Clyde?

Were there any other name changes between Chicago and Aurora?

I found my 1888 timetable and the station
is now listed as Eola between Naperville and Aurora. Archie
According to the Railway
Gazette in 1870 - A
new station has been established about half-way between Naperville and Aurora
and thirty-four miles from Chicago. It is called " Decorah."
Presumably this became Eola. Any ideas on when or why the change was
made?
