Here is a skew version of the double-track variety, which crossed the 
tracks just west of Ashland, NE on 238th Street, once the southern 
approach to Ashland.  Stitched from photos I took in 2008, and the 
bridge was demolished sometime in the past couple of years so 
unfortunately only photos remain...
