I believe that Jerry Hamsmith sells decals to letter these cars. Jerry is usually at the spring meet selling decals.

I am new to the list, and have a question regarding the CB&Q two bay open hoppers with wood sides.  I came across a dozen painted, but not weathered, Walthers Platnum Line wood sheaved two bay hoppers for $1 a piece.  Problem is I need decals.  Would anyone know if there is a set of decals that would be available for these cars?
