I was looking for impressions on how it sprayed, both undiluted or diluted,
took decals, etc. I should have been more specific.

I think Tru Color has far fewer colors than they have labels, when it comes
to "freight car red". I bought two of them (173/178) and the colors appear
to be identical to me. If you buy a light oxide and a dark oxide color, you
can mix your own to match almost any shade. You can add drops of white,
black, yellow, green, red or maroon to shift this way or that.
No two box cars should be absolutely the same unless they're fresh out of
the paint shop.
