That's a fascinating shot, one I've not seen before.  It shows the 70 with a Clear Creek District freight having come from the C&S Seventh Street yard (which ran as far northeast as 14th St.) and about to cross 19th St., with the crossing watchman out flagging the crossing.  The train will continue northeast beneath the 20th St. viaduct (a truss span of which is visible in the distance), cross the South Platte River and turn north at Prospect Jct. for a run of about two miles up to Clear Creek Jct., where it will turn west and head for Golden and the line up Clear Creek Canyon to Idaho Springs and Georgetown.
