There are one or two pictures in Mike Spoor's CB&Q Color Guide. The Bulletin article that John Mitchell referred to also has a large amount of information and some pictures in color. I have one I have partially started based on the info in Bulletin 27.

I've got one of the Walthers scale test cars that I'd like to paint for the CB&Q.  The one image I've found of a similar car looks as though it would be mineral red (though it's hard to tell in a b/w photo).  I'm curious about both the color and any decald people would suggest to do one of these cars.
