SLotBR says the initial Baldwin K-1's (ultimately Q #600-607) had the 
58" drivers, and the Rogers locos (ultimately Q 608-627) had the 62" 
drivers.  The one photo each of 608 and 625 that I've found both show 
the larger drivers.

Thank you for that lead, Charlie.  He seems to be in Kenosha -- there 
is a Balinski Tool & Machining there with him listed as a 
contact.  I'll try calling him today.
