I also noticed the following photo of 502 that appears to have been taken at the same time from a different angle.  Note that the locomotive is adjacent to the roundhouse.  Somebody checking track charts for Clinton?

According to the previously posted 'Roundhouses and Turntables' listing from the Chief Engineer's office of Dec 13, 1940; Clinton had a 66' turntable.  Can anyone proficient with photo shop or other photo handling software figure out what the 2 story building directly in front of the loco says?

Anybody know where this photo was taken?  It's an early 1950 view, and there appears to be a turntable ahead of the 502.  Through the 1940s and until it was sold from scrap in May 1954 the 502 was assigned to the Galesburg Division.  Could this view be at Clinton, Iowa?  This is another of the George Niles photos now up for sale on eBay.  Thanks for any assistance with this.
