To add to Leo Phillip's message of the photo at Savanna, the photo is probably taken from overhead highway bridge 143.39.  Between this overhead bridge and the other overhead near the yard office, there was an odd design 2 track signal bridge at MP 143.51.  Unless this photo is actually taken from the signal bridge, then it dates from after the signal bridge was removed.
 
I'm looking for a photo of this signal bridge and the actual date of removal.  The photo on page 70 is undated, so does not give any hints.
