Thanks for the eye witness account. I think Omaha orange might be a good
choice, since I think that was the MOW color for my era. When did the MOW
equipment change from mineral red to Omaha orange?

I saw them painted black, mineral red and orange, so whatever you want will
be prototypically correct.

What color were Q track bumpers and wheel stops in the 1950s? I've got ten
bumpers ready to paint for the ends of my staging yard tracks, and I'd like
to be prototypically correct.
