Stop me if we have discussed this before, but. Does anyone know why, on the CB&Q GE orders of the 1960's, did the position of the red and white gyralights keep changing? U25B's (built Fall of 1964) and U25C's (built in Spring-Summer 1965) have white light on engineer's side and red light on brakeman's side. U28B's, U28C's, U30B's and U30C's (built Winter 1966 to Summer of 1968) have white light on brakeman's side, red light on engineer's side. U23C's built April 1969 went back to the original white-engineer's, red brakeman's arrangement.
