Ray that appears to be a PRR reefer 101859, (note it appears the word products is above the name, as in Dairy Products). It is alongside an open platform loading dock, which is between the car and the camera. Note the 2x4 railing coming up the steps at the end of the platform. While odd there is only one grab iron visible and no ladder, before the safety appliance laws of the early 1900 a single grab was not uncommon. (check out this photo of an 1899 reefer for comparison http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Swift_Refrigerator_Line_car,_1899.jpg ) There is a wagon at the end of the reefer and what appears to be a large chunk of ice on the platform.
