I am on the road and cannot look up the issue.  The plans were reproduced in
the Burlington Route Historical Society's BURLINGTON BULLETIN issue on the
AEOLUS (might have been with the Hudson issue; check on the BRHS website for
the issue and availability.

Given the need to get to controls in the cab for live steam I'd suggest 
the 4000 would be a better choice.
