Does anyone have any info or can point me in the right direction to look up the info, on a possible train wreck near Dunning, NE in 1943. It would have involved locomotives CB&Q 5237 and CB&Q 5253. The museum in Thedford, NE has 6 photos of a collision. They are not sure if the all photos are of the same incident or if the engines were in separate events. None of the photos show both engines in the same photo to be sure they were involved in the same collision. Thanks, Brian Garner |
