And this is exactly what my original question was all about.  If the big unit 
is delivering half of its power and the GP7 is delivering only half of its 
power, aren't they going to create problems for each other, since they are 
delivering different amounts of power?  In effect, isn't the GP7 going to slow 
down the traain?
