I have N, O and O27 trains. What I did was change to N scale about two
months ago. Still buy O and O27 scale when on sale or if I see something I
really want. I do not have a layout for any of my trains. With N scale I can
get more trains and maybe make a layout since it takes up less
    room.

In two months I got an oval track Kato set M1, Kato C44-9W BNSF
Warbonnet, BNSF mineral red 8 car set, Gunderson Maxi-iv double stack BNSF
Swoosh 3 car set swift containers, Gunderson Maxi-iv double stack BNSF
Swoosh 5 car set MOL containers, two BNSF swoosh boxcars, two BN boxcars,
Frisco boxcar, BN hopper, Santa Fe hopper, 2 Santa Fe boxcars and a Santa Fe
reefer. Of course the two Burlington cars I sent. I have my eye on some
    Great Northern cars also.

I'm trying to stay within the BNSF legacy trains. What I find hard to
do is pick an era. I thought late 60's to early 70's would work and I can
merge some with the new BNSF engines. So I'm a little all over the place
right now. The only thing I can come up with is. Run some older trains then
any that might mix with newer. Also an different engine leave in the yard.
Then run those with newer cars and engine. Just keep doing that and work my
    way up the legacy.
