Once again, thank you for your help and great research work. It always amazes me that someone in far off Australia has an interest in a RR in the United States that ceased 43 years ago, let alone has access to so many details about that RR. I realize that today's information is not Q specific, but it certainly pertains to the U.S. and not Australia. By comparison, I know almost nothing about Australian RRs. I for one, am grateful for all your good work. Sometime, you should write about how you became interested in the Q. I am sure that many on the list would enjoy that. Have a great holiday.

There is a list in the Steam Freight Car Group files showing AAR interchange
restrictions. There isn't a listing for truss rods - the closest is wood
draft sills banned from interchange in 1925.
