Sorry - Ken, Charley and I tried signing up as "partners" but they wouldn't
accept any of us! I just use Hathi's search facility and the magazine index
to find interesting pieces, or slowly go from page to page. One good thing
about Hathi is the OCR conversion to provide a text version rather than have
to retype articles. 

 Some of the "Hathi" magazines are available as a download from Archive and,
to a much lesser extent, from Open Library, but if you can crack the Hathi
partner code, please share it with us.

OK, Rupert, that saved me a question.  Full volume download is 
available to "partner institutions" and I have yet to find one to 
which I can reasonably belong.  None of my local libraries are on the 
list.  I was going to ask you if you had a source...
