Bryan, you didn’t include Paula’s contact information.

 

The car looks similar to photo I have of some built by the Fairmont Co. to transport people, ie for mines, logging camps, etc. as well as inspection cars for some railroads. Attached is an example of a Fairmont car built of the Maine Central. In Paula’s photo the amount of hoses, etc. hanging underneath certainly say inspection car or test car of some sort. But I have no information is to it being CBQ.
