Dave Sarther caught the obvious mistake.  Seems the UMINN Press does a poor job of showing the shopping cart.  I don’t find it either.

 

So, for all of us, here is the information that I have for actually placing an order.  I have a call into the Press to see if there is any easier way.

 

Click on the pdf catalog and open it.  Go to the next to last page.  The order sheet is there, as is the 800 number.  The code is MN 73650.

I tried both links to purchase the SPUD book at the pre-order price of $28.00.  Can't find a way to link to that price and place a pre-order from either of the two links you provided.  Could be because I am computer illiterate.  Nonetheless, I would like to order the book at the pre-order special price.  Can you offer more advice on how to pre-order?
